Voting Center

It is essential that we get out the vote in the upcoming primary election August 24, 2010.  Both Republicans and Independents can vote in the primary.

Traditionally independents don’t vote as they feel they don’t belong to a party and so therefore have not business voting in their primary.  Arizona has an open primary that allows independents to vote in either the Republican or Democratic primary, they choose which.  Since Harry Mitchell is unopposed on the Democratic side, and there are multiple candidates on the Republican side, independents should consider voting on the Republican side and helping to choose which candidate may best serve them.

By not voting as either a Republican or Independent in the primary you are leaving the choice of candidates that will be on the general election ballot in November to less than 20% of registered Republicans and less than 10% of Independents.

Too much is at stake to leave such a crucial decision up to such a small group of the electorate.  We need to get at least 50% of registered voters, regardless of party affiliation or independent, to vote in the primary August 24, 2010.  Please click the link here to make sure you are properly registered and know where and when to vote or make arrangements to get your absentee or early ballot.  If you have any questions or have any trouble, please click the contact us tab and we will help you with the process and make sure you are ready .
