Why Mark?

I've been proud to know Mark for close to five years now. He is one of the most generous, giving individuals I have ever been around. He has an incredible story and a powerful message. I am proud to put my support behind his campaign. He is exactly what we need as a representative of the people.

Why Mark? Because he knows his stuff, is passionate about being a servant OF the people, not expecting the people to serve the government. Mark has clear ideas about where we should be headed as a people and as a country, and he's got the ability to make others listen and want to act. Mark does not have a perfect record. He has made minor mistakes in his life, as have EVERY last one of us. Some of us can easily have our errors hidden; others like tattoos, are clearly evident in public records. Far too many of our "representatives" (and those who want to be) have done horrendous things in their personal lives for which they are never held accountable- or their indiscretions do not come to light until after they have been in office for years. I for one, am grateful that Mark has decided to come forward at this time as a real candidate, not a perfect one, but a REAL everyday American to which most of us can easily relate. He is on point and his message is what we need at this time in our history. I urge you to support Mark, warts and all, and to get to know him-- he is a candidate you will not regret voting for.

Because Mark "Get's It". He has an in-depth and detailed understanding of the issues at hand and yet to come. Mark is a man who thinks for himself, and does his thinking BEFORE he proposes solutions. He can grasp and manipulate the myriad variables encountered in policy making and can make clear sense of his recommendations and actions. And making Mark's certain grasp of these policies even more valuable, is a backbone strong enough to stand in the face of opposition that would rather take the easy route out and institute short-sited solutions. Mark has what it takes, and is just what we need to get the power back into the hands of the people.

After looking at all of the candidates running for this seat, going with Mark was a pretty easy decision. I feel he understands what everyday Americans are going through, and every day that we are expected to serve and rely on government is another day that those Americans, like him, lose. He knows that the power of the people is strong, and it's time to show that strength and hold the government accountable for its abuses to hard working Americans. I have had the honor of working with him on his campaign and his message is always clear, consistent, and truly genuine. I think he is the candidate not only Arizona needs, but America needs. I wanted to take a few minutes and provide a little insight to the personal life of Mark. I have had the priviledge of knowing Mark for over 15 years and throughout those years have witnessed both his triumphs and defeats. Throughout those years, I have seen Mark succeed when everyone else told him he would fail. I have seen him take a small dream and create it into a reality with his business through hard work, dedication, and persistence. He, much like myself, believes that all people have the ability to make great strides in life through hard work. However, the reality is that there are too many people in this country that expect their government to provide that state of well being for them without any merit or rightfulness. It is time for someone to stand up and represent the "real" people in this country. We have clearly seen what the end result is when we have representatives in office that do not have a realistic idea of what the everyday person is going through. They have never experienced the hardship of living paycheck to paycheck, losing a job, or even worse...losing a home. We need somebody that will represent us and most importantly, fight for us at the higher levels to make sure our voice is heard. I am proud to give Mark Spinks my support because he is not only a good family man, a smart business man, but somebody that truly cares for us the people and this country.
